According to recent reports, approximately 3000 houses will be offered through the draw in 2023. Out of which, a total of 3015 housing units are in the Pahadi area, Goregaon, and Mumbai. In contrast, 1947 housing units are reserved and blocked for the economically weaker sections(EWS). Over two to seven houses are for the middle-income groups, 730 homes are for low-income applicants, and approximately 105 homes are there for the high-income groups(HIG).
