  • For MIG or Middle Income Group flats, an applicant can apply if they earn an income of INR 50,001 to INR 75,000 per month.

  • For LIG or Lower Income Group flats, a candidate is entitled to apply if they earn a monthly income between INR 25,001 to INR 50,000
