  • Domicile certificate of the applicant

  • For HIG or High Income Group or flats, an applicant can submit an application if that person has a monthly income of INR 75,001 or above.

  • For MIG or Middle Income Group flats, an applicant can apply if they earn an income of INR 50,001 to INR 75,000 per month.

  • For LIG or Lower Income Group flats, a candidate is entitled to apply if they earn a monthly income between INR 25,001 to INR 50,000

  • Pan Card of the applicant
